CALL TO ORDER:

ACTION ITEMS:

1. Approval of the June 18, 2007 Draft Meeting Minutes.

2. Consideration of elevations, landscaping and a site plans for a commercial structure at 7107 Route 83 and within the B-2 Business District, submitted by Daniel Lesus Architects Inc.

3. Consideration of a lighting plan for Kildeer Countryside School, 3100 Old McHenry Road submitted by Arcon Architects.

4. Consideration of a request for subdivision identification signs for the Elenora Estates Subdivision located off of Indian Creek Road, Submitted by Richard Eterno on behalf of the Eleanora Estates Homeowners Association.

5. Consideration of a request for the addition of awnings to the The Tavern, located at 138 Old McHenry Road, submitted by Mr. Chip Ullrich.

OTHER BUSINESS:

1. Discussion of illuminated “open” signage.
