  1. Approval of the August 19, 2002, September 16, 2002 and October 21, 2002 Architectural Review Commission Meeting Minutes.

 

  1. Continued Consideration of a Request for Anti-monotony Code Review of Home Designs: 520K; 520M; 521J; 521K; 521N; 522K; 522L; 523J; 523K; 523L; 524K; 524N; 525J; 525K and 525N for Indian Valley Subdivision, Submitted by Concord Homes.  During the August 19, 2002 meeting The Architectural Board Recommended Approval of Home Designs: 520-J; 521-J; 522-J; 524-L and 524L.  During the August 26, 2002 Meeting, the Board of Trustees Directed the Architectural Board to Further Review the 523K and 525J Home Designs.

 

3.      Approval of Year 2003 Meeting Dates and Submittal Deadlines.
