  1. Continued Consideration of a Request for Approval of One (1) New  50 Sq. Ft. (10’X5’) Ground Monument (Double-Face Totaling 100 Sq. Ft.) Sign for Gridleys of Long Grove, Located at the the Southeast Corner of Gilmer and Route 83, Submitted by North Shore Sign.

 

  1. Continued Consideration of a Request for Anti-monotony Code Review of the Following for Indian Valley Subdivision: (1) Revised Home Designs: 525N; and 525 Sun Room Option; (2) Revised Monotony Matrix; (3) Proposed Lot Matrix for Plans 520, 521, 522; 523; 524; and 525; and (4) Garage Access Design for Plans 520; 521; 522; 523; 524; and 525, Submitted by Concord Homes.
