CALL TO ORDER:

ACTION ITEMS:

1. Approval of the September 16, 2002, January 20, 2003 and February 17, 2003 Meeting Minutes.

2. Consideration of a Request for Approval of 40 Sq. Ft., Double-faced, “Ravenna Subdivision” Subdivision Development Sign Along Route 83 for the Indian Valley Golf Course, Submitted by Concord Homes.

3. Consideration of the Following Requests for Sign Approval: (1) Four (4 sf) Sq. Ft., Wood Building Sign, “ I’d Rather Be Knitting Yard Studio” on the North Building Wall, and (2) Six (6 sf) Sq. Ft. Wood Hanging Sign Along Old McHenry Road, For the Existing Building Located at 114 Old McHenry Road, Submitted by Linda Goone.

4. Consideration of the Following Requests for Gridley’s of Long Grove: (1) Parking Lot Lighting Photometric (Foot Candle) Plan; (2) Detailed Landscape Plan; and (3) Aluminum Awning on the Front (South) Elevation For the Property Located at the Southwest Corner of Route 83 and Gilmer Road, Submitted by George Callas.
