ACTION ITEMS:

Review of the Cloverleaf plans:

  1. Signage concern/issue, all signage to be reviewed by Architectural Board for compliance, color and size.  Size, style and color must be consistent with Code.

  1. Landscape Plan and Tree Survey –

Ø      Stamped by a licensed landscape architect.

Ø      Arborist stamped tree survey with all trees shown

Ø      To be submitted at the final PUD application

Ø      Must comply with all landscaping requirements

Ø      Replacement inches, number might have to change with the advent of the new tree ordinance.

  1. Building Styles – Hardy plank siding is okay.

Building #1 – Stark, military barracks, wrong scale.  Reduce mass, bigger dormers, wider gables are a problem.  Monotonous windows, steeper roof line, more material changes and variation to windows are important.  Roof is too big and too much siding.  Relocate fenced-in play area.

Building #2 – Make some more material changes, break up the left and right facades.  Need breaking up massing with more masonry materials, steeper pitch on roof lines.

o       Change roof colors on shingles for some buildings – vary color and materials masonry)

o       Cedar Shake roofs throughout development or alternatively on some of the buildings.

Bank Building #4

o       Better building than others, like this style better

o       Much better design and use of materials

o       Cedar shake roof preferred on bank.

Building #6

o       Better use of masonry materials

o       Right elevation, break up more façade

o       Maybe add some stone to building.

Building #7 -

o       Use cedar shake roof, only one change on this building

o       Great example to use for other buildings

o       Like the masonry band along the base.

Building #8 -

o       Add masonry to this building

o       Questioned why this building has a lot of doors

o       Going in the right direction.

Gazebo -

o       Not a Victorian gazebo

o       Maybe a pergola, use metal roof, like numbers 5 and 6.

o       Green metal tying together theme, like on pylon sign theme.

Bridges -

Bridge change to clock tower element and metal green and materials.

Aerator -

o       No fountain for aeration.

Flower Pots -

o       Change to a more commercial look rather than English Garden.
