Consideration of a request for signage on “Building E”
within the Sunset Grove Development and zoned HR-1 PUD District, for “SportClips” submitted by Mr. Larry Schumacher.

Consideration of a request for modification of plans

within the Sunset Grove Development, including the site plan, signage,
