1.      Approval of the March 5, 2002 CSCC Meeting Minutes.

 

III.       OLD BUSINESS:

1.   Concord Homes.

2.      Prairie Trails.

3.      Request to Reclassify Conservancy Soils to Install a Partial Circular Drive Through an Area Currently Classified as Conservancy at 1763 Country Club Drive, Submitted by Paul Pavlou.

4.      Report of the February 21, 2003 Meeting Re: Proposed Changes to Conservancy Ordinances.

 

IV.       NEW BUSINESS:

1.      Consideration of a Request to Add Trees and Other Landscaping Throughout an Existing Conservancy/Drainage/Detention Easement Located Along the North Side Yard of the Property Located at 1358 Bridgewater Farms, Submitted by Kristin and Mark Maskalunas.

 

2.      Consideration of a Request to Construct a Septic System (Wisconsin Mound) Entirely Within the Existing Woodland Conservancy District for the Property Located at 4548 Kimberly Court (White Oak Estates), Submitted by Gary Tobias.

 

3.      Consideration of a Request to Reclassify More Than 10,000 Sq. Ft. of Existing Conservancy District Situated Along the Side Yard as a Landscape Easement for the Property Located at 8125 Danniel Circle (Forest Edge), Submitted by Robert Field.
