1. CSC 03-11 Consideration of a Request to Remove Dead Trees that are Located within a Conservancy District, Located within the Indian Creek Club, Submitted by Bill Jacob.

2. CSC 04-04 Consideration of a Request to Add Plantings within a Scenic Road, For Kildeer School/PTO Located at 3100 Old McHenry Road, Submitted by Lori Lyman.

3. CSC 04-05 Consideration of a Request to Construct a Drainage Swale Located within a Scenic Corridor & Conservancy District, Located at 6202 Balsam Court, Submitted by Jolanta Duchowski.

4. CSC 04-09 Consideration of a Request to Locate a Septic System within a Scenic Corridor, Located at 3943 S. Krueger Road, Submitted by Timothy Dion.
