	The minutes were read with the following changes:			Correct the spelling of Zbigniew

	*The CSC appreciates the recent communication from the village board on application #0406.
	*Bob Borg observed that Amit Patel has been repeatedly mowing his scenic corridor. The CSC believes the village board should follow up on this violation.
	*CSC provisions and procedures - a copy of a matrix from the village was received. There are some conflicts that will be reviewed by the village board at their next meeting. The CSC expects to receive comments and proposals from the village board by our next meeting.
	*Kelley received a call concerning Application 0412 - Long view meadow on route 22 &83, sewer main easement. This seems to be a Lake county issue, no further information is available at this time.
V	Applications
	#0311, WS/LB, request to remove dead trees in a conservancy, Warren and Lee will follow-up.
	#0405, WS/SM, 6202 RFD Balsam Court, Jolanta Duchowski - Jolanta is considering buying this property and wants to see if a drainage swale can be placed in the scenic corridor. Mr. Worklan had made the same request in the fall of 2003, stormwater management has reviewed the property and placed "wetland" signs. The Worklan application was closed on 1/7/4. Warren will follow up on the status.
	#0406, BB/LB, 2601 RFD Wynncrest, Scott Rosenbach - request to put a second driveway through a conservancy area. This was not approved at the last CSC meeting. It was not discussed at the last village meeting because it was not on the agenda. The CSC received a copy of the letter from Ed Cage, it was noted as "woodland" and should be "lowland" conservancy. CLOSED.
	#0407, KW/BB. Route 83, new subdivision, Jeff Hitz, Concord Homes - request to construct a berm in the scenic corridor. Kelley received a call from David Lothspeich, the final revisions will be reviewed with the CSC, Architectural review and the plan commission.
	#0411, LB/SM, SouthEast Corner of Old McHenry and 22, Mehran Farahmandpour - request to construct a berm, pond, signage and septic field in the scenic corridor. Lee moved to recommend for approval as long as they are in compliance with Village ordinance 6-4-4 and the conservancy soils that are being removed for the pond be used on top of the berms. The CSC understands that a sign will be erected in the scenic corridor and will adhere to proper ordinances.
