II	Meeting Minutes From:	May-19-04
	The minutes were read with the following changes:			Kathy was not present at the last meeting.
III	Old Business
	*Bob Borg observed that Amit Patel has been repeatedly mowing his scenic corridor. The CSC believes the village board should follow up on this violation. The CSC has received no feedback from the village.
	*CSC provisions and procedures matrix - The CSC has not received any further information from the village board.

V	Applications
	#0311, WS/LB, request to remove dead trees in a conservancy, Warren and Lee will follow-up.
	#0405, WS/SM, 6202 RFD Balsam Court, Jolanta Duchowski - Lee moved to close due to drainage not being an expertise of the CSC and recommended that the homeowner use a professional engineer to determine if the berm is interfering with the drainage and how to remedy the slope then present a proposal to the village. Bob seconded and all were in favor. CLOSED.
	#0407, KW/BB. Route 83, new subdivision, Jeff Hitz, Concord Homes - request to construct a berm in the scenic corridor. Further participation by the CSC will be as required.
	#0411, LB/SM, SouthEast Corner of Old McHenry and 22, Mehran Farahmandpour - request to construct a berm, pond, signage and septic field in the scenic corridor. The CSC understands that the village board did not vote on this at the last board meeting.
	#0412, BB/KS, Southeast corner of 22 & 83, LG Park Dist. - Request to locate a sanitary sewer within a scenic corridor easement. Bob moved to recommend this application for approval. Lee seconded and all were in favor. CLOSED.
