I.       CALL TO ORDER:

 

II.  MEETING MINUTES:  Approval of the April 20, 2005 and CSCC Meeting Minutes.

 

III. NEW APPLICATIONS:

1.      CSC 05-05.  Consideration of The Preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD) Plat For The Skycrest Estates Subdivision, Submitted by The Avondale Corporation.   Resubdivision to Consolidate the Existing Five (5) Zoning Lots into Three (3) Zoning Lots Ranging from 2.02 Acres to 4.82 Acres in Size Within the Existing Skycrest Estates Subdivision, Located at Golf Road and Sunshine Lane.

 

IV. OLD APPLICATIONS:

2.      CSC 05-01 Consideration of an Addition within the Required Conservancy Buffer Yard, Located at 5552 Oak Grove Drive, Submitted by David Neubauer.

 

3.      CSC 05-02 Consideration of Plans to Reconstruct a Berm and Add Plantings within a Scenic Corridor, Located at 5547 Oak Grove Drive, Submitted by Anthony Gordon.

 

4.      CSC 05-03 Consideration to Add Trees and Shrubs to a Conservancy District, Located at 4712 Royal Melbourne Drive, Submitted by Lorraine Greenberg.

 

5.      CSC 05-04 Consideration to Add a Structure within a Conservancy District, Located at Route 22 and Route 83 in Long Grove Meadow, Submitted by the Long Grove Park District.
