I.       CALL TO ORDER:

 

II.    MEETING MINUTES:  Approval of the June 1, 2005 CSCC Meeting Minutes.

 

III. OLD APPLICATIONS:

1.      CSC 05-02.  Plans to Reconstruct a Berm and Add Plantings within a Scenic Corridor, Located at 5547 Oak Grove Drive, Submitted by Anthony Gordon.

2.      CSC 05-07.  Consideration of the Following Requests: (1) Construct a Portion of a Septic Field Within the 100-Foot Wide Scenic Corridor Along Indian Creek Road and (2) Construct Compensatory Storage Within the 100 Foot Wide Scenic Corridor Along Indian Creek Road and Within the Conservancy District Along Ellis Avenue For Lot #2 of Lake Eleanora Estates Subdivision, Submitted by Manol Pasliev.

3.      CSC 05-09.  Consideration of a Request to Add Plantings in the Existing Conservancy For 4713 Wellington Drive (Lot #56, Royal Melbourne), Submitted Steve DeLott.

 

IV. NEW APPLICATIONS:

1.      CSC 05-10.  Consideration of a Request to Remove Exotic/Aggressive Species and Add Prairie Grass and Wildflowers Within the Lowland Conservancy District Located to the Rear Portion of Lot 100 of Oak Hills #5 Subdivision Commonly Known as 5341 Prairie Crossing, Submitted by Gary Pivar.

2.      CSC 05-11.  Consideration of a Request to Remove Exotic/Aggressive Species Through Herbiciding and Add Prairie Grass and Wildflowers Within Five (5) Lowland Conservancy Districts Located Within the Country Club Meadows Subdivision, Submitted by Stephanie Hannon.

3.      CSC 05-12.  Consideration of a Request to Install a Four Foot (4’) Wide Drainage Swale Lined With Filter Fabric and 4”-6” of 3” Crushed Limestone Within the Lowland Conservancy District Located Along the Southern Portion of Lot #46 of Country Club Meadows Subdivision Commonly Known as 1753 Tanager Way, Submitted by Gerald Sommers.

 

V.     OTHER BUSINESS:  Report of the June 14, 2005 Village Board Meeting.

1.      CSC 05-05.  The Preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD) Plat For The Canterbury Park Subdivision, Olson & Ciorba Land Developers (Plan Commission Mtg. 06/07/2005 & Board Mt. 06/14/2005).

2.      CSC 05-06.  The Preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD) Plat For The Ponds of Skycrest Estates Subdivision, The Avondale Corporation (Plan Commission Mtg. 06/07/2005 & Board Mt. 06/14/2005).

3.      CSC 05-08.  Consideration of a Request to Add Plantings in the Existing Conservancy For 4814 Preserve Parkway (Lot #40, The Preserve at Long Grove), Submitted by Martin Eisenberg (Board Mtg. 06/14/2005).

4.      CSC 05-09.  Consideration of a Request to Add Plantings in the Existing Conservancy For 4713 Wellington Drive (Lot #56, Royal Melbourne), Submitted by Steve DeLott (Board Mtg. 06/14/2005).
