I.    CALL TO ORDER:

 

 

 

II.    MEETING MINUTES:  Approval of the September 7, 2005 CSCC Meeting Minutes.

 

 

III. OLD APPLICATIONS:

 

 

1.      CSC 05-02.  Continued Consideration of Plans to Reconstruct a Berm and Add Plantings within a Scenic Corridor, Located at 5547 Oak Grove Drive, Submitted by Anthony Gordon.

 

2.      CSC 05-09.  Continued Consideration of a Request to Add Plantings in the Existing Conservancy For 4713 Wellington Drive (Lot #56, Royal Melbourne), Submitted by Steve DeLott.

 

3.  CSC 05-16.  Consideration of a request to reduce the buffer yard to less than 20 feet to a Conservancy      District for new house construction for 6874 Ellis Avenue, Lot 35 Eleanoria Estates Subdivision , submitted by Milan Aleksich.

 

4.   CSC 05-17.  Consideration of a request to increase berm size and mass native plantings within a Conservancy District on “Out Lot”, Indian Creek Club Subdivision, Submitted by Jack Cassidy on behalf of the Indian Creek Club HOA.
