CALL TO ORDER

Meeting called to order at 7:35 p.m.

Members present: Kelley Smith chairman, Lee Bassett, Bob Borg, Warren Schmitt,

Kathy Wiberg

Also present: Jim Hogue, Village Planner

MEETING MINUTES

Minutes from meeting on February 1, 2006 were reviewed. Warren Schmitt moved to approve; Bob Borg seconded. All present voted to approve minutes. Motion carried.

APPLICATIONS

06-01 Stach - 6750 RFD - Indian Creek Estates - Request to reduce the required setback from the Conservancy area. Mr. Stach has changed the location of the house. The house will not be located in the 20’ required setback. Warren Schmitt made a motion to dismiss this application. Bob Borg seconded. All approved. Motion carried.

06-04 Long Grove Historical Society - Request to trim and remove large box elder trees over hanging the Socity’s herb garden next to the Ruth Barn. The Village has waved the required fee as a courtesy to the Historical Society. Warren Schmitt moved to approve the removal of the trees. Lee Bassett seconded. All approved. Motion carried.

ADJOURNMENT OF MEETING

Bob Borg moved to adjourn. Seconded by Warren Schmitt. All voted aye. Meeting adjourned 7:55 pm.
