CALL TO ORDER

Meeting called to order at 7:35 p.m.

Members present: Kelley Smith chairman, Lee Bassett, Bob Borg, Warren Schmitt,

Kathy Wiberg

Also present: Jim Hogue, Village Planner

MEETING MINUTES

Minutes from meeting on May 3, 2006 were reviewed. Bob Borg moved to approve; Warren Schmitt seconded. All present voted to approve minutes. Motion carried.

APPLICATIONS

06-07 Eleanora Estates PUD - Schmechtig Landscape Co. Request to renovate the landscape at the entrance of the subdivision. The revised plant list was received from Schmechitg Landscape Co. The plant list has been changed to include only native perennials. Lee Bassett moved to recommend approval of this project to the Village Board. Kathy Wiberg seconded. All members voted to approved. Motion carried.

ADJOURNMENT OF MEETING

Warren Schmitt moved to adjourn. Seconded by Lee Bassett. All voted aye. Meeting adjourned 8:00 pm.
