MINUTES OF REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING

CALL TO ORDER

Meeting called to order at 7:40 p.m.

Members present: Kelley Smith, chairman, Lee Bassett, Bob Borg, , Kathy Wiberg

Not present: Ellen Deasy, Warren Schmitt

Also present: Jim Hogue, Village Planner

MEETING MINUTES

Minutes from meeting on July 18, 2007 were reviewed. Lee Bassett moved to approve; Bob Borg seconded. All members voted to approve. Motion carried.

Minutes from meeting on Aug. 1, 2007 were reviewed. Lee Bassett moved to approve; Bob Borg seconded. All members voted to approve. Motion carried.

There was no meeting on Aug. 15, 2007 due to lack of a quorum.

APPLICATIONS

07-04 Roman Wolinski, 4529 RFD, White Oaks Subdivision Mr. Wolinski has withdrawn his application. He was able to change the location of the proposed home on the lot and not infringe on the setback area of the conservancy. Application has been dismissed.

NEW APPLICATIONS

07-05 Yang, 6228 RFD, Highland Pines Subdivision Mr. Yang has drainage problems with most of the property. The conservancy is a small part of this drainage area. The drainage issues on the property need to be addressed by an engineer before the conservancy can be dealt with.
