MINUTES OF REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING

DECEMBER 5, 2007

CALL TO ORDER

Meeting called to order at 7:32 p.m.

Members present: Kelley Smith, chairman, Lee Bassett, Bob Borg, Ellen Deasy,

Warren Schmitt, Kathy Wiberg

Also present: Jim Hogue, Village Planner

MEETING MINUTES

Minutes from meeting on October 17, 2007 were reviewed. Warren Schmitt moved to approve; Lee Bassett seconded. All members voted to approve. Motion carried.

APPLICATIONS No open applications at this time.

OTHER BUSINESS

We reviewed the meeting schedule for 2008.

Discussion of Gerald Parra’s concerns about lot 3 in the Estates of Oak Hills. This lot is currently owned by IDOT and has been used as a soil holding area during construction of Rt.22. Mr. Parra’s wants to be sure that regrading of the property is completed properly and that no trees are disturbed in the process. Jim Hogue has walked the property and feels it conforms to the plans submitted.

Kelley Smith attended the Plan Commission meeting regarding the property at Rt. 83 and Aptakisic Rd. Plans are being made for a Sunset Food store and several other retail outlets.
