MINUTES OF REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING

CALL TO ORDER

Meeting called to order at 7:10 p.m.

Meeting minutes from 11-4-09 are not available.

APPLICATIONS

No applications

OTHER BUSINESS Kelley discussed the lack of applications and ways to involve the community in improving their existing conservancy areas. We discussed gathering together all of our existing Conservancy information.

1. This would include information on where the conservancy areas are located. We should go back and look at Conservancy areas we have approved for restoration and see how they look after 5-10 years. Lee and Kathy will make a list

of approved restorations. The Committee can go back to these areas to see how they are doing.

2. We should use our existing info for articles for the The Bridge and include information about Conservancy areas on the Village Web site. We need to educate the community about Teasel, Garlic Mustard, and other invasive plants.

3. We discussed the possibility of meeting with the Plan Commission and the Architectural Review Committee.
