APPLICATIONS       No applications

.OTHER BUSINESS   Glenstone Encroachment on Park District and Conservancy Area.

3819 Nottingham Dr.       Mr. Razney has removed the sprinkler system from conservancy and Park District Property, the tractor pad has been moved and bridge will be removed.  The bridge issue will be discussed with the Park District. Possible “fiord” built to allow Razney to drive his tractor into the P.D. property for maintenance work. This will be discussed with the P.D.

Geimer Nursery Property       The rezoning of the Geimer property along Old Rt. 53 has been completed and now will be marketed as commercial property.

Mowed Berm on SE corner of Rt. 22 and Old McHenry Rd

The CSC  Committee has questioned why this berm has been mowed since it was built.  Our ordinance requires that berms be left in a natural condition.  We were told the builder was given 5 years to “build out” the property with a mowed berm and then it would be returned to its natural state.  The five years is up and it is still being mowed. Jim Hogue checked files and cannot find a statement that there is a five year limit on their mowing.

The CSC Committee feels that allowing one berm to be mowed opens the door to others asking for an exception to the ordinance requirement.

Sunset Foods Property - Building B

Building will be split into two - a bank with a drive-thru and a space not yet leased.
