MINUTES OF REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING

VILLAGE HALL

February 16, 2011

CALL TO ORDER;

Meeting called to order at 7:03 p.m.

Members present: Kelley Smith, chairman, Lee Bassett, Bob Borg, Ellen Deasy

Warren Schmitt and Kathy Wiberg. Also Present: Jim Hogue, Clayton Busse, from Care of Trees.

MEETING MINUTES; Minutes from Sept. 15, 2010 not available.

APPLICATIONS; 11-1 Caldwell Residence - 6573Windham Ct.

This application is for the back part of the yard which includes both conservancy and non- conservancy areas. The trees and shrubs to be added to the conservancy are native. Ellen Deasy moved to approve the application and Bob Borg seconded. All members voted to approve the application.

.OTHER BUSINESS; Glenstone Encroachment on Park District and Conservancy Area 3819 Nottingham Dr.

Mr. Razney has removed the sprinkler system from conservancy and Park District Property, the tractor pad has been moved and bridge will be removed.

Jim Hogue informed us he is expecting to receive two more applications this month.
