Please take notice that as of July 23, 2009, three copies of the following codes are on file with the Village Clerk’s office in the Village Hall for review and inspection: 

1. 2004 Illinois State Plumbing Code, Ill. Admin. Code tit. 77, § 890.110 et seq.
2. 1997 Illinois Accessibility Code, Ill. Admin. Code tit. 71, § 400.110 et seq. 

In addition, as of July 23, 2009, one copy of each of the following codes is on file with the Village Clerk’s office in the Village Hall for review and inspection:

2. 2009 International Residential Code
3. 2009 International Mechanical Code
4. 2009 International Fuel Gas Code
5. 2009 International Fire Code
6. 2009 International Energy Conservation Code
7. 2008 National Electric Code – NFPA 70
8. 2009 International Existing Building Code
9. 2009 International Property Maintenance Code
10. 2009 International Wildland-Urban Interface Code
11. 2009 International Code Council Performance Code for Buildings and Facilities

On or after August 25, 2009, the Village Board of Trustees, at a public meeting, will consider adopting these codes for application within the Village.
