III. OLD BUSINESS.
A. Housing Design Standards.
The Village
Planner has submitted a set of possible standards to insure that quality and
individual housing designs continue to be appropriately provided to future Long
Grove residents. RECOMMENDATION.
B. Bulk Housing Regulation.
The Village
Planner has submitted regulations that have to do with the size of residential
houses relative to the size of the lot. Consideration of the existing standards
and their impact is under discussion.
C. Lake Cook Road and Route 53 Sub-Area
Plan.
The Long
Grove Comprehensive Plan includes an area north of Lake Cook Road along both
sides of Route 53 for a sub-area plan detailing a combination of land and use
plans. The request is to revise this sub-area plan and consider whether
conditions have changed to require an amendment of the sub-area.
D.
Undeveloped Parcels Study.
The results
of a study by individual Plan Commission members of individual vacant parcels
of land within and surrounding Long Grove. The study is to evaluate the future
development of the parcel and indicate natural and other impacts on the parcel.
