A. Indian Valley PUD

Plans for 133 single-family lots on the property known as Indian Valley Golf Club.

A. Indian Valley PUD

Plans for the 133 single-family lots on the property known as Indian Valley Golf Club.

B. Vision United Methodist Church-Special Use

The petitioner has requested to develop a church on the property commonly known as the southwest corner of Gilmer and North Krueger Roads.

B. Bulk Housing Regulation.

The Village Planner has submitted regulations that have to do with the size of residential houses relative to the size of the lot. Consideration of the existing standards and their impact is under discussion.

D. Lake Cook Road and Route 53 Sub-Area Plan.

The Long Grove Comprehensive Plan includes an area north of Lake Cook Road along both sides of Route 53 for a sub-area plan detailing a combination of land and use plans. The request is to revise this sub-area plan and consider whether conditions have changed to require an amendment of the sub-area. ITEM WILL BE REVIEWED IF TIME PERMITS

A. Undeveloped Parcel Reviews.

Consideration of each vacant parcel of land within and surrounding the Village. Parcels will be reviewed at this meeting as time permits.
