III. OLD BUSINESS.
A.
Indian Valley PUD
Plans for
the 133 single-family lots on the property known as Indian Valley Golf Club.
B. Bulk Housing Regulation.
The Village
Planner has submitted regulations that have to do with the size of residential
houses relative to the size of the lot. Consideration of the existing standards
and their impact is under discussion.
C. Recommendation to refer an Ordinance
removing specific references to fees in Section 5 as they have already been
incorporated into Title 12 to the Village Board.
D. Vision United Methodist Church-Special
Use
The
petitioner has requested to develop a church on the property commonly known as
the southwest corner of Gilmer and North Krueger Roads.
E. Lake Cook Road and Route 53 Sub-Area Plan.
The Long
Grove Comprehensive Plan includes an area north of Lake Cook Road along both
sides of Route 53 for a sub-area plan detailing a combination of land and use
plans. The request is to revise this sub-area plan and consider whether
conditions have changed to require an amendment of the sub-area. ITEM WILL BE REVIEWED IF TIME PERMITS

Undeveloped Parcel Reviews.
Consideration
of each vacant parcel of land within and surrounding the Village. Parcels will be reviewed at this meeting as
time permits.
VI. PLANNER'S REPORT.
VII. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORT.
A.
Public Hearing on
Vision United Methodist Church will be held on May 7th at Kildeer
Countryside School, 3100 RFD Old McHenry Road, Long Grove. The public hearing will commence at
8:00. The Plan Commission has use of
the school until 10:30p.m.
