III. OLD BUSINESS.
A.
Bulk Housing Regulation.
The Village Planner has submitted regulations
that have to do with the size of residential houses relative to the size of the lot. Consideration of the existing
standards and their impact is under
discussion.
B.
Lake Cook Road and Route 53 Sub-Area Plan.
The Long Grove Comprehensive Plan includes an
area north of Lake Cook Road along both
sides of Route 53 for a sub-area plan detailing a combination of land
and use plans. The request is to revise
this sub-area plan and consider whether conditions have changed to require an amendment of the sub-area.

Undeveloped Parcel Reviews.
Consideration
of each vacant parcel of land within and surrounding the Village. Parcels will be reviewed at this meeting as
