COUNTRY MEADOWS SCHOOL AT GILMER ROAD AND

N. KRUEGER ROAD IN LONG GROVE, ILLINOIS

 

  

 

 I.        MEETING GAVELED TO ORDER                        .

             

II.        MINUTES OF MAY 7, 2002 AND JUNE 4, 2002

   

III.        OLD BUSINESS

 

A.          Rubin/Hill.

Petitioner has been before the commission in the past.  They are returning with their building pad specifications and sewer approval for final acceptance of their request to move the building pad.  (Continued from June 4, 2002.)

 

                B.          Zoning Related Fees.

                            On June 4, 2002, a public hearing was held on the draft ordinance amending the Village Code

                            regarding certain zoning related fees.  Following that hearing and discussion, the Plan

                            Commission indicated that the draft ordinance should be sent to the Village Board with a

                            recommendation for approval.  It is requested that the Plan Commission ratify its decision and

                            direction of June 4, 2002.

             

              C.          Vision United Methodist Church (Special Use).

                            The petitioner is looking to develop a church on the property commonly known as the southwest  

                            corner of Gilmer Road and N. Krueger Road. 

                                                                                                                                                                                                              

 D.          Lake Cook Road and Route 53 Sub-Area Plan

The Long Grove Comprehensive Plan includes an area north of Lake Cook Road along both sides of Route 53 for a sub-area plan detailing a combination of land and use plans. The         request  is to revise this sub-area plan and consider whether conditions have changed to         require  an amendment of the sub-area.  (Each Plan Commission member is requested to develop a list of  acceptable / non-acceptable uses for this sub-area, assuming that acceptable uses could be developed in compliance with all applicable Village of Long Grove standards.)    ITEM WILL BE REVIEWED IF TIME PERMITS

A.                  Undeveloped Parcel Reviews.

Consideration of each vacant parcel of land within and surrounding the Village.   Parcels for review this evening are 3 through 11.
