I. PUBLIC HEARING (8 P.M.)
A.
Zoning related fees.
Amendment to
the Village Code regarding zoning related fees. Amendment will delete references to specific fees itemized in
Title 12 of Village Code.
MEETING GAVELED TO ORDER.
III. OLD BUSINESS.
A. Rubin/Hill.
Petitioner
has been before the commission in the past.
They are returning with their building pad specifications and sewer
approval for final acceptance of their request to move the building pad.
B. Bulk Housing Regulations.
The Village
Planner has submitted regulations that have to do with the size of residential
houses relative to the size of the lot. Consideration of the existing standards
and their impact is under discussion.
(This is a continuation of the discussion from May 21, 2002.)
C.
Lake Cook Road and Route 53 Sub-Area Plan
The Long
Grove Comprehensive Plan includes an area north of Lake Cook Road along both
sides of Route 53 for a sub-area plan detailing a combination of land and use
plans. The request is to revise this
sub-area plan and consider whether conditions have changed to require an amendment of the sub-area. (Each Plan Commission member is requested to
develop a list of acceptable /
non-acceptable uses for this sub-area, assuming that acceptable uses could be
developed in compliance with all applicable Village of Long Grove
standards.) ITEM WILL BE REVIEWED IF

Undeveloped Parcel Reviews.
Consideration
of each vacant parcel of land within and surrounding the Village. Parcels will be reviewed at this meeting as
time permits.
