SPECIAL MEETING OF

THE PLAN COMMISSION

TUESDAY, MARCH 18, 2003 AT 8:00 P.M.

 

Village Hall, 3110 RFD, Old McHenry Road, Long Grove, Illinois

 

 

 

1.     Call to Order.

 

2.     Approval of the February 18, 2003 Special Meeting Minutes.

 

3.     Lake Cook Road and Route 53 Sub-Area Plan.  The Long Grove Comprehensive Plan includes and area along both side of Route 53 for a sub-area plan detailing a combination of land and use plans.  The request is to revised this sub-area plan and consider whether conditions have changed to require an amendment of the sub-area. 

 

4.     Undeveloped Parcel Reviews.  Consideration of each vacant parcel of land within and surrounding the Village.  Parcels will be reviewed at this meeting as time permits.

 

5.     Other Business.

 

6.     Adjournment. - Next Regular Meeting - Tuesday, April 1, 2003 at           8:00 p.m.

                               Next Special Meeting – Tuesday, April 15, 2003 at         8:00 p.m.

Plan Commission meeting follow the procedures outlined below.  In the spirit of fairness to all parties, any of these procedures may be modified for a particular item at the discretion of the Chair.

3.  Identification of the Issues by Staff.

 

4.  Questions or requests for clarification from Commissioner to Petitioner or Staff.

 

5.  Public Testimony.

6.  Staff response to public testimony.

 

7.  Formal questions from Commission to Staff.

 

8.  Commission discussion and comment.

 

9. Commission Action
