Village Hall, 3110 RFD, Old McHenry Road, Long Grove, Illinois

1. Call to Order.

2. Lake Cook Road and Route 53 Sub-Area Plan. The Long Grove Comprehensive Plan includes and area along both side of Route 53 for a sub-area plan detailing a combination of land and use plans. The request is to revised this sub-area plan and consider whether conditions have changed to require an amendment of the sub-area. The Village Board approved the Further Review of This Matter During Their April 8, 2003 Meeting.

3. Undeveloped Parcel Reviews. Consideration of each vacant parcel of land within and surrounding the Village. Parcels will be reviewed at this meeting as time permits.

4. Other Business.

5. Adjournment. - Next Regular Meeting - Tuesday, May 6, 2003 at 8:00 p.m.
