1. Call to Order.

2. Approval of the September 2, 2003 Regular Meeting Minutes.

3. Continued Public Hearing for a Special Use Permit to operate a Day Care Center within a B-2 Zoning District, for approximately 22 children within the existing residence located at 7155 Route 83 (lot #29 Towner Subdivision), Submitted by Dmitriy Makhovik. Public Hearing commenced on 8/5/03.

4. Public Hearing for a Potential Text Amendment that would allow for the Illumination of Subdivision Signs.

5. Continued Public Hearing for the Consideration of a Text Amendment that would Permit Outdoor Dining as Either Temporary Uses or Special Uses within the B-1 Historic Business District. Public Hearing commenced on 8/5/03.

6. Informational Update for the Consideration of a Request for a Special Use to Permit an Addition and any Additional Relief Necessary to Expand the Existing Fire Protection Facility, located at 1165 Old McHenry Road, Submitted by SRBL on Behalf of the Long Grove Fire Protection District. Public Hearing date set for 10/7/03.
