2.      Approval of the January 6, 2004 Draft Meeting Minutes.

3.      Continued Public Hearing for the Consideration of Text Amendments that would Modify the Requirements for Driveways, Impervious Lot Coverage Requirements and Create an Institutional Zoning District.  Public Hearing commenced on 1/6/04.  These items will be discussed at this meeting.
