1.      Call to Order.                              

 

2.      Approval of the July 6, 2004 Draft Meeting Minutes.

 

3.      Continued Public Hearing to Consider a Request for a Special Use Permit and/or

Any Zoning Relief Necessary that is Appropriate Under the Zoning Code

That Would Permit the Construction of an Addition and Any Associated

Remodeling of an Existing Nursing Home, located at 1666 Checker Road,

Submitted by The Arlington Rehabilitation & Living Center.

 

4.      Continued Public Hearing on the Consideration of Zoning Text

Amendments and/ Or Additional Relief Necessary and/or Appropriate Under

the Zoning Code That Would Permit the Modification to the Sign Regulation Requirements.
