1.      Call to Order.

 

2.      Continued Public Hearing to Consider a Petition Under the Village of Long Grove Zoning Code for The Preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD) Canterbury Park Subdivision, Submitted by Olson & Ciorba Land Developers.  Existing Three R1 Single Family Zoning Lots (Total Net Property Size of 35.5 acres) Subdivided into Twelve (12) Single Family Zoning Lots (Average Net Lot Size of 2.95 Acres) Located at 3699 Cuba Road.

 

3.      Consideration of The Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) Plat for the Orchards Subdivision, Submitted by Mehran Farahmandpour.   Existing R1 Single Family Zoning Lot (Total Net Property Size of 11.9 Acres) Subdivided Into Seven (7), R3 PUD Single Family Lots as Specified Within The 2002 Annexation Agreement (Average Net Lot Size of 1.2 acres) Located at the Southeast Corner of Old McHenry Road and Route 22.

 

3A.      The Consideration of A Request For Variation(s), and/or Additional Relief Necessary and/or Appropriate to Permit the Keeping of Hoofed Animals on a Lot That is Less Than the Required 2-Acre Minimum for the Existing Single Family Residence Located at 3476 Route 53, Submitted by Robert & Melanie Soos.

 

4.      Approval of the April, 5, 2005 Draft Meeting Minutes.

 

5.      Other Business.

 

6.      Adjournment:  Next Regular Meeting of the Joint Plan Commission & Zoning Board of Appeals, Tuesday, June 7, 2005 at 8:00 pm.
