PLAN COMMISSION & ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

Village Hall, 3110 Old McHenry Road, Long Grove, Illinois

 

1.      Call to Order.

 

2.      Continued Public Hearing to Consider a Petition Under the Village of Long Grove Zoning Code for The Preliminary Planned Unit Development (PUD) Plat For The Canterbury Park Subdivision, Submitted by Olson & Ciorba Land Developers.  Existing Three R1 Single Family Zoning Lots (Total Net Property Size of 35.5 acres) Subdivided into Twelve (12) Single Family Zoning Lots (Average Net Lot Size of 2.95 Acres) Located at 3699 Cuba Road.

 

3.      Consideration of a Petition for the Preliminary Plat of Subdivision For The Ponds of Skycrest Estates Subdivision, Submitted by The Avondale Corporation.   Resubdivision to Consolidate the Existing Five (5) Zoning Lots into Three (3) Zoning Lots Ranging from 2.02 Acres to 4.82 Acres in Size Within the Existing Skycrest Estates Subdivision, Located at Golf Road and Sunshine Lane.

 

4.      Consideration of a Petition for the Final Plat of Subdivision For The Rosewood Subdivision, Submitted by Anastacio & Company.  Straight Subdivision of the Existing Three (11.9 Acres) R1 Single Family Zoning Lots Into Three (3) Single Family Zoning Lots (Average Net Lot Size of 3.97 Acres), Located at 3332 Old McHenry Road.

 

5.      Approval of the April 5, 2005 and May 3, 2005 Meeting Minutes.

 

6.      Other Business.

 

7.      Adjournment:  Next Regular Meeting - July 5, 2005 at 8:00 pm.
