Public Hearing (Continued from 8/16 Special Meeting) : Consideration of a Petition Under the Village of Long Grove Zoning Code for Amendment(s) to the Red Oaks Planned Unit Development Subdivision, existing conditional use permits and/or additional relief necessary and/or appropriate under the zoning code that may be necessary to allow “The Studio” to create a wine cellar/wine shop, banquet and wine dinner facility and an enclosed patio & roof deck at 360 Historical Lane, submitted by Tom Hilligoss.
