PUBLIC HEARING – Consideration of a petition for a Special Use Permit and/or additional relief necessary and/or appropriate under the zoning code including modification of the existing PUD as required to allow a wireless telecommunications facility and related equipment to be located within the existing structure at 1190 Old McHenry Road and within the R-2 PUD District submitted by Mr. Mark Layne on behalf of T-Mobile Central LLC.
