PUBLIC HEARING; Consideration a request for a variation of the side yard set-back requirement (south side) from the required 40’ feet down to 30’feet within the R-2 District for the construction of an addition to an existing single family dwelling on property commonly known as 1262 RFD, Long Grove, Illinois and within the Country Club Estates Subdivision, submitted by Mr. David Weisberg.

3. Approval of Minutes; August 3, 2010 Regular Meeting
