Notice is hereby given that on October 13, 2009 at 5:00 p.m., at the Long Grove Village Hall, 3110 Old McHenry Road, Long Grove, Illinois, 60047, the Joint Review Board of the Village of Long Grove Downtown/IL Rt. 83 Tax Increment Finance District will hold its annual meeting, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act, 65 ILCS 5/11-74.4-1 et seq. The meeting agenda is as follows:

The public is invited and encouraged to attend this meeting.
The Joint Review Board meeting may be continued without further notice other than a motion to be entered upon the minutes of the meeting fixing the time and place of the subsequent meeting.
