2. Plan Commission Recommendations: The Plan Commission recommended approval of the following requests during their September 2, 2003 Meeting:

A. Zoning Text Amendment Adding Day Care Centers as Permitted Special Uses in the B-2 Suburban Zoning District; and

B. Amendment to the Hillcrest Country Club Special Use to Allow Additions to Their Existing Clubhouse.

3. Request for Referral to the October 7, 2003 Plan Commission Meeting for Public Hearing: Long Grove Fire Protection District Requests Referral to the Plan Commission with Public Hearing for a Special Use Permit to Construct a 3,192 Sq. Ft. Addition to The West Side of the Existing Fire Station Located at 1165 Old McHenry Road.
