B.     CSCC 06-01. Stach, Reduce The Bufferyard From The Required Twenty (20) Feet To Five (5) Feet To A Conservancy District For New House Construction For 6750 Lakeridge, Lot 17 Indian Creek Estates Subdivision (Recommended Approval).
