A.     Continued Public Hearing Re: Combining Lot #6 and Lot #7 Of The Spring Valley Subdivision Unit Three Into A Single Zoning Lot and Variation Request To Reduce The Minimum Front Yard Setback From 100’ to 25’, Atkinson (Continued – May 1, 2006 Meeting).

B.     East Gates Estates Planned Unit Development Subdivision (10 Zoning Lots On 22.5 Acres That Are Currently Zoned R2) At 5168 Aptakisic Road, Avis (Recommended Approval w/Conditions).

C.     Comprehensive Zoning Regulations Text Amendments – Chapters: 3, 4, 5, & 6 Scheduled (Reviewed Chapter 3).
