C.     Anti-Monotony Provisions Of Proposed Long Grove Zoning Ordinance – CH 5, Section 5-3-11.

2.      Report Of The April 19, 2006 Conservancy Scenic Corridor Committee Meeting.

A.     CSCC 06-06 – Atkinson.  Encroachment Not To Exceed 40% Of An Upland Conservancy District For New House Construction At 3716 RFD,  Lots 6 & 7 In Spring Valley Unit #3.

B.     Patel - Add Prairie Grass &Wildflowers To A Scenic Corridor For 2600 Wynncrest Drive.

 

3.      Request For Referral Of A Variation Request For The Installation Of An In-Ground Swimming Pool Located Beyond The Platted Rear Yard Building Line And Within A Portion Of A Drainage Easement For 3723 Albert Lane, Lot #16, Alberts Deerwood Estates Subdivision, To The May 2, 2006 Zoning Board Of Appeals Meeting For Public Hearing, Lazakis.
