Ψ      (1) Text Amendment(s) To Permit The Operation Of Restaurants As A Special Use In Residential Zoning Districts; (2) Special Use Permit To Operate A Restaurant, And (3) Re-Zoning Of The Property From Single-Family R2 (2-Acre Minimum) To R3 (1-Acre Minimum) Zoning Classification For The Property Located At 5175 Aptakisic Road (Valentino Winery), DiTommaso.

 

2.      Consideration Of An Ordinance Denying A Request To Modify The Maximum Permitted Floor Area For Lots As An Amendment To An Approved Planned Unit Development And Any Other Zoning Relief Necessary For The Property Commonly Known As “The Orchards” And Located At The Southeast Corner Of Illinois Route 22 & Old McHenry Road, Farahmandpour  (Ord. #2006-O-31).
