3.      Request For Referral To The Plan Commission: Text Amendment(s) To The Zoning Code Re: Illegal Lots, 4279 Hilltop Road, Slezak.  Requesting referral to the Plan Commission for the consideration of illegal lot regulations as part of the review of the draft comprehensive amendments to the Zoning Code.

 

4.      Request For Text Amendment To The Code Re: Stockade Fence Height and Location Restrictions, Williams.   Request for approval of the following: (1) fence height greater than four feet (4’) and (2) stockade fence within 100’ of Route 83 right-of-way to install an eight foot (8’) tall stockade fence on the 83 RV property, 7101 Route 83. 

 

5.      Consideration of a Resolution Approving And Authorizing The Execution Of A Transferee Assumption Agreement Between Lake Cook, LLC & Menard, Inc. For Conveyance Of The Property Formerly Owned By Lake Cook LLC (Res. #2007-R-01).  Menard Inc. purchased the property formerly owned and originally contemplated for development by Lake-Cook LLC.

 

6.      Presentation, Discussion And Acceptance Of The Village of Long Grove Financial Statements and Report On Internal Controls For Fiscal Year Beginning May 1, 2005 And Ending April 30, 2006 As Prepared By Virchow, Krause & Company.
