A.     Re-Zoning (From R-2 PUD To R-3 PUD) & Amendments To An Existing R-2 Planned Unit Development For A Portion Of The Property On The South Side Of Midlothian Road Located Immediately To The East Of The Indian Creek Club/Insignia/Forest Edge Subdivision (Sanctuary Creek II), Farahmandpour.

B.     Amendment(s) To An Existing Plat Of Subdivision, Planned Unit Development & Special Use Permit For Lot #17 Of The Fairfield Village Subdivision (Existing Midwest Bank Building) To Allow Retail/Office Mixed Use Development.

 

5.      Continued Request For A Text Amendment To The Village Code Re: Stockade Fence Height And Location Restrictions, Williams.   Request for approval of the following: (1) fence height greater than four feet (4’) and (2) stockade fence within 100’ of Route 83 right-of-way to install an eight foot (8’) tall stockade fence on the Ravenna Subdivision property.
