3.      Consideration Of An Ordinance Affirming The Recommendation Of The Plan Commission & Zoning Board Of Appeals Denying An Application For Re-Zoning (From R-2 PUD To R-3 PUD) & Amendments To An Existing R-2 Planned Unit Development For A Portion Of The Property On The South Side Of Midlothian Road Located Immediately To The East Of The Indian Creek Club/Insignia/Forest Edge Subdivision (Sanctuary Creek II).

 

4.      Consideration Of An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 2005-O-23 Granting A Special Use Permit For The Canterbury Park Of Long Grove Planned Unit Development.  The draft ordinance would approve a one year extension of expiration date (from July 11, 2007 to July 11, 2008) of the ordinance granting preliminary approval for the 12-Lot Canterbury Park PUD (Ord. #2007-O-9).

 

1.      Consideration Of A Resolution Approving The Village Of Long Grove National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) II – MS4 Year 4 Report (Res. #2007-R-19).

 

2.      Consideration Of A Resolution Approving A Letter Agreement Between The Village Of Long Grove And The Lake County Division Of Transportation (Res. #2007-R-20).  An Intergovernmental Agreement With The Lake County Division Of Transportation Re: Shared Engineering Services For The Construction Of A Modern Roundabout At The Old McHenry Road & Robert Parker Coffin Intersection.
