Ř     PUBLIC HEARING; Various Amendments To The Village Code For The Village Of Long Grove, Title 5, Zoning Regulations, Including Without Limitation Modifications To The Maximum Floor Area, Building Height And Other Regulations Within The Village Of Long Grove, Illinois.   Discussion By Full PCZBA.

 

2.      Report Of The September 5, 2007 Conservancy Scenic Corridor Committee Meeting.

Ř     CSCC # 07-05.  Remove Unwanted Plant Material (Maintenance) In A Conservancy District/Drainage Swale For Property Located At 6228 Blue Spruce Court, Lot 46 Highland Pines PUD, Yang.       

 

3.      Consideration Of An Ordinance Amending The Village Of Long Grove Building Code Regulations Re: Fences Within 100’ Of Highway (Ord. #2007-O-14).

 

4.      Continued Consideration Of A Resolution Approving The Long Grove Neighborhood Traffic Management Program (Res. #2007-R-24).

 

5.      Consideration Of A Supplemental Proposal From K-Plus Engineering For Engineering Services Related To Streetscape Design Guidelines, Downtown Way-finding Signage and Downtown Master Plan For The Historic Business District.  Revised proposal for modified and expanded services from the proposal to develop Historic Business District Development Guidelines that was approved during the June 26, 2007 Board Meeting.
