1.      Report Of The February 5, 2008 Plan Commission & Zoning Board Of Appeals Meeting.

A.                                         Public Hearing.  Continued Zoning Code Amendment And Reclassification Of Property (R2 Residential To New Hr-1 Highway Retail & OS-P Open Space Preservation), Planned Unit Development, Special Use Permit & Zoning Code Amendment(S) To Allow A Retail Planned Unit Development Anchored By A Specialty Grocer Store Located At The Southeast Corner Of Route 83 & Aptakisic Road, Mid-America Development Partners.  Recommended Approval With Conditions.

B.     Public Hearing.  Consideration Of A Petition For Variations Of The Front Yard Set-Back Requirement From The Required 75 Feet Down To 63 Feet And A Side Yard Set-Back Requirement (North Side) From The Required 40 Feet Down To 32 Feet Within The R-2 District For The Construction Of An Addition To An Existing Single Family Dwelling For Property Located At 2564 Lincoln Avenue, Fobbe.  Recommended Approval.

 

2.      Report Of The February 11, 2008 Architectural Board Meeting.

A.     Continued Consideration Of Plans And Plats For Landscaping, Lighting, Signage And Elevations As Part Of An Application Submitted By Sunset Grove, LLC For A Zoning Code Amendment And Reclassification Of Property (R2 Residential To New Hr-1 Highway Retail & OS-P Open Space Preservation), Planned Unit Development, Special Use Permit & Zoning Code Amendment(S) To Allow A Retail Planned Unit Development Anchored By A Specialty Grocer Store Located At The Southeast Corner Of Route 83 & Aptakisic Road, Mid-America Development Partners.

3.      Consideration Of A Resolution Re-Appointing Long Grove Arts Commissioner Tobin Fraley (Res. #2008-R-03).

 

4.      Consideration Of A Resolution Appointing Trustee Karen Schmitt As The Delegate Representative & Alternate Representatives For The Solid Waste Agency Of Lake County (SWALCO) (Res. #2008-R-04).

 

5.      Consideration Of A Resolution Approving An Elevator Safety Program Agreement With The Illinois State Fire Marshal (Res. #2008-R-05).

 

6.   Discussion And Possible Consideration Of An Ordinance Directing Modifications To The Proposed  The Tax Increment Finance (TIF) Redevelopment Plan And Eligibility Report (Ord. #2008-O-02).

 

7.      Public Hearing On The Proposed Special Service Area For Deep Well Water For B-1A Planning Area.  Notice of the hearing has been published and mailed as required by statute, and the hearing should proceed accordingly.  No action besides the hearing can be taken at this time.  Please note that holding the hearing does not commit the Village to take any further action, although it permits the Village to act if it chooses to do so in the future.
