3.      Continued Consideration Of A Resolution Approving Service Contracts With William Blair & Company And Foley & Lardner Relating To Financing Activities Of The Long Grove Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District & Illinois Route 83 Water System Special Service Area (SSA) (Res. #2009-R-38).

 

4.      Consideration Of A Resolution Awarding The Fiscal Year 2009/10 Road Paving Contracts To The Apparent Lowest Responsible Bidder J.A. Johnson Paving Company In The Amount Of $398,684.46 Subject To IDOT Confirmation Of Prequalification.  (Res. #2009-R-39).  Village Motor Fuel Tax ($242,515.71), Non-Motor Fuel Tax ($133,432.75), Brookstone Subdivision Bond ($20,000.00) & Pease Construction Schaeffer Road Patching ($2,736.00).  Village Engineer’s Estimate Was $417,236.05.
